All prints are posted Recorded Signed For (UK) or International Signed For (EU/ROW).
Tote bags & backpacks are shipped First Class (UK) or Air Mail (EU/ROW).
PACKAGING
Prints are packed in a cello sleeve with a protective backer within a sturdy cardboard envelope.
DELIVERY TIMES
All items are made to order. I do my best to ship as soon as possible once payment has cleared.
UK Buyers:
Items usually arrive within 2-3 working days once shipped.
Total Estimated Delivery Time (typical handling time + average UK shipping time):
★ Giclee Prints - 4-8 working days
★ Laptop skins - 4-6 working days
★ Totes & Backpacks - 6-10 working days
International Buyers:
Items usually arrive within 5-9 working days once shipped.
Total Estimated Delivery Time (typical handling time + average EU/ROW shipping time):
★ Giclee Prints - 7-14 working days
★ Laptop skins - 7-12 working days
★ Totes & Backpacks - 9-16 working days

Shipping rate prices are calculated to include handling and packaging fees. Delivery times can sometimes
take longer, especially during busy holiday seasons or strikes. In some rare cases, international shipping times
can be up to 15 days depending on Customs holds for your country. International customers are responsible
for any customs duties (delays, tariffs or additional taxes) your country may charge and must accept
any delays caused by such processes.

SHIPPING UPGRADES
If you require faster delivery, please let me know prior to your purchase and I will advise you of the cost
of alternative services such as FedEx or DHL.
LOST / MISSING SHIPMENTS
If, in the unlikely event, your order does not arrive in a timely fashion, please check whether you have
received a calling card as you may not have been at home when delivery was attempted - as the Recorded
and International Signed For packages require a signature on receipt. Failing that, please contact me
quoting your order number and I will provide you with the tracking number.
Please note, your package can only be declared 'lost' after the 'maximum stated Royal Mail delivery times'
of 14 working days (UK) and 31 working days (EU/ROW).
If your package hasn't arrived to you after these times, I will send you a replacement order, but I must
have proof from the tracking information.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Each item is custom made and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
or any applicable information for customization. Great care is taken to pack your items so that they arrive safely and securely, just as I would
wish to receive them myself.
If the packaging that contains your items has been abused or damaged during the shipping process,
please do not accept / sign for the package.
